The accompanying person fee covers:

  • Gala Dinner
  • Welcome reception



Substitutions may be made at any time but the organising team must be informed of any changes. In case of cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Upon written notice by Friday 13 August 2017, a full refund will be given (minus a 10% administration charge), upon written notice by 13 September, 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations after 13 September 2017, or for no-shows at the conferences, the full fee will be charged. In the unlikely event that ICC shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. ICC shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.


The conference organiser will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organiser accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.


The conference organiser cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. The conference organiser strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes as this is not included in the registration fee. The conference organiser and its local co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.


The Wholegrain Summit is held in a public space thus photographs and videos may be taken. The organisers do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video- or audiotaping some Conference activities. Participants agree that ICC may use images and videos taken by the organiser and/or participants at the Conference in material for dissemination purposes (e.g. publications, website, etc)
